They say the only constant thing in life is change, and I’ve come to embrace that saying with my music. Over the many years of Nelly’s Echo’s existence, I’ve had a plethora of musicians come in and leave my band. Some for rational personal reasons, and some for reasons best known only to them. The latest to leave the band is one in whom I’m very proud of, and can honestly say I’m honored to have shared the stage with.
Tyler Sherard, Nelly’s Echo’s bass player (now former bass player) will be moving to Georgia to begin a new of chapter in his life. He also just got engaged, so that makes it 2 big decisions in the life of this young man in a short period. I couldn’t be more proud of the man he has become over the years, and I’m humbled and honored to have shared the stage with the most talented musician I know. He can play every instrument in the band excellently, but I at least am a better dancer and basketball player than him…for now 🙂
I would like to take this public forum to wish the tallest knucklehead all the best in this phase of his life journey. He will forever be a part of the Nelly’s Echo family.
